Fresh Batch Alert!

Hola Hamigos! 

This past week, we did our third production run of our original three sauces (El Clasico, Viejo Verde, and Mangonero). While we are still small batch, compared to the big hot sauce companies, the process of producing a sauce at scale is very complicated and takes time to perfect. Each batch we have made so far has left us with learnings and things we wanted to tweak the next time around. We are excited to let y'all know that this most recent batch is without a doubt our best yet! Better consistency, better color, and the same great flavor!
