Our priority is to make sure you receive your package in a timely manner. This means we release all Hamigos shipments without signature requirements and cannot be held responsible for UPS or USPS errors. You can
help make sure nothing goes wrong with your delivery by Checking your confirmation email to make sure there are no typos in your address details and that your unit # is included (for larger apartment buildings).
Follow your tracking link closely to monitor for errors or alerts; if your building is locked to outsiders (no lobby, mailroom, etc.), to be extra safe, we recommend calling your selected carrier with your tracking details and requesting a specific service (i.e. "leave the package on the front stoop, please").
